Wanglitou trust center
Privacy Policy
Wanglitou is being rebuilt around practical SEO workflow tools and lightweight file utilities. This page explains what data may be processed and what we do to keep tool usage understandable.
Short version
Many text and SEO workflow tools run directly in your browser. For these tools, the text you paste is processed on your device and does not need to be uploaded to Wanglitou servers.
Some file tools may require server-side processing, especially heavier PDF compression or operations that cannot reliably run in every browser. When a tool uses server-side processing, it should be treated as a temporary processing workflow rather than permanent file storage.
Browser-local tools
Text utilities, SEO workflow tools, prompt planners, report builders, checklists, and many image preview tools are designed to work in the browser. The tool may use JavaScript in your browser to calculate, format, export, or copy results.
- We do not need your CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO platform login for these tools.
- Do not paste passwords, private tokens, or confidential client data unless you are comfortable processing it in the browser session.
- Your browser or extensions may still store clipboard, download, or form history depending on your own settings.
File and PDF tools
Some tools handle images, PDFs, or other files. If a tool can run locally in the browser, we prefer that approach. If a tool needs server-side processing, uploaded files may be transmitted to the server for the limited purpose of producing the requested output.
- We do not use uploaded files to train AI models.
- We do not intentionally publish or resell uploaded files.
- Temporary files, logs, and generated outputs may exist briefly as part of normal server processing and troubleshooting.
- If you need strict legal, medical, financial, or confidential document handling, use a dedicated compliance-approved workflow instead of a free web utility.
Analytics, cookies, and access logs
Wanglitou may use analytics, cookies, and server logs to understand which pages are useful, how visitors move through the site, what devices are used, and whether errors or crawlers are affecting the site.
- Logs may include page URL, referrer, browser, device type, approximate location inferred from IP, user agent, timestamp, and session identifiers.
- Analytics helps us decide which tools to improve, which low-quality pages to remove, and how to make the site faster and clearer.
- Advertising or third-party analytics tools may set their own cookies if enabled.
Accounts, forms, and contact
If you contact us, create an account, comment, or use a future form, we may process the information you submit so we can respond, secure the site, or operate the requested feature.
Current product direction: fewer generic pages, more practical SEO workflow tools, clearer privacy notes, and stronger quality control.
